Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

  • Each presenter will have a 15-minute time-slot
  • Presenters will have 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions
  • Please submit your presentation during check-in on Friday or Saturday
  • Presentations should be on a finalized CD-R (bring two copies)
  • Powerpoint is the preferred format to be used for the oral presentations
  • Presenters are encouraged to have overhead transparencies of their slides as a backup in case of technical difficulties

Poster Presentations

  • Posters will be limited to 1.0 x 1.5 meters
  • Further information regarding location of individual poster displays will be available at check-in

Abstract Guidelines

Oral and Poster Presentations

  • Abstracts are limited to 250 words
  • Use Times New Roman 12 pts font
  • Include 4 keywords that describe your research

Abstracts are due by January 31, 2006.

Abstracts that are not submitted on the registration form available on the Register page above can be sent to seec2006@gmail.com as an attachment (MS Word Document).
